I’m Monika Soleymanian, Founder of Soleya Human Capital Inc., an HR professional, coach, and people leader with more than 20 years of experience working across diverse industries. Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside leaders, employees, and organizations to navigate people challenges, strengthen leadership, build effective teams, and create workplaces where people and businesses can thrive.
